As a Founder of Maven Radd, Siobhán has over 30 years’ experience in private practice and industry including a wealth of experience in senior in-house roles, including Head of Legal in a FTSE 250 energy company.

She brings extensive experience in building and managing in-house teams and individual lawyers, and optimising the structure of legal functions

As a Founder, Richard leads Maven Radd’s Swiss business, whilst also supporting a number of UK-based clients. Prior to founding Maven Radd, Richard gained cross-border in-house experience advising multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams in global leading businesses.

His client-focussed approach enables Maven Radd optimise its client offering in the rapidly evolving ALSP market.

Jenna joined Maven Radd in 2024 to further enhance our broad sector offering in relation to commercial transactions and the wide range of activities handled by clients’ in-house legal teams. Jenna is an experienced contract negotiator who is skilled in internal stakeholder management.

Her expertise in contracting governance and risk management adds significant value to clients’ contracting outcomes. She has carried out business-wide legal and governance audits, focusing on the need for businesses to strike a balance between managing risks and facilitating commercial success and progress.

Ian has over 25 years’ experience in private practice and industry, specialising in energy and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.

He provides clients with experienced in-house legal project management capability and has advised across multiple sectors including nuclear, conventional power, renewables (including off-shore and on-shore wind) and transport.

He has been recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for his Construction Law expertise.

Jonathan has significant experience in both private practice and industry and has spent the last 15 years working in and supporting in-house legal teams, advising extensively on technology issues in the IT, FinTech and International Gambling sectors and also in the Beverage Manufacturing, Retail, and Construction sectors.

Having held several senior in-house roles, including General Counsel, Jonathan is well-versed in cross-functional working and recognises the challenges faced by senior leadership teams.

Siobhán has over 25 years’ experience in private practice and industry, advising on international supply chains, infrastructure projects, cross-jurisdictional matters, corporate support and M&A, joint ventures, B2B retail and regulatory and compliance activities.

She combines her legal and sector knowledge with consultancy roles guiding clients through business transformations and complex transactions and helping in-house teams deliver greater impact in their businesses on a day-to-day basis.

Gillian has over 30 years’ in-house and private practice experience in roles based in London, Frankfurt and Sydney, advising a broad range of clients in the financial services and energy sectors in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Asia.

Her specialisms cover derivatives (including commodity derivatives) structured financing, refinancing, debt issuance and investment funds. Gillian’s most recent work has been related to trading functions within the UK energy sector.

After 10 years at a major international law firm, Beccy undertook various in-house legal, commercial and project management roles, including providing contractual and risk management advisory services for a global engineering firm, and leading an in-house team at a FTSE listed UK power generation company.

Beccy advises on the commercial and legal aspects of capital investment programmes in the Construction, Engineering and Energy sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy and nuclear power.

She advises developers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, financial institutions and local authorities, advising on risk management and governance, procurement and contracting strategies as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and project documentation.

Richard brings almost 20 years’ in-house experience advising on high-value business transactions in cross-border environments, encompassing  all levels of the supply chain whilst acting for clients in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australia.

With experience across the energy and social infrastructure, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, commodities, logistics and chemical process sectors, Richard draws on his expertise and commercial insight to help clients rapidly and succinctly identify  business risk and implement mitigation measures, enabling them to move quickly in complex markets.
