Maven Radd’s inaugural Charity Golf Day raises funds for our chosen charity partners.

Maven Radd hosted its first ever Charity Golf Day at the stunning Sandburn Hall Golf Club near York. Bringing together colleagues, clients, partners, and friends, the day combined competitive golf with community spirit — raising valuable funds for our two nominated charities, Alzheimer's Research UK and Change Grow Live (York).

The atmosphere was fantastic from start to finish, with participants enjoying not only the beautiful course and excellent hospitality but also the chance to come together for a cause bigger than the game.

A day on the course

Players teed off under bright skies, tackling Sandburn Hall’s challenging course with good humour and a competitive edge. The day offered everything from focused putting greens to friendly banter on the fairways, making for a perfect balance of sport and socialising.

Between rounds, there was plenty of opportunity to connect, share stories, and reflect on the impact of the causes being supported.

Celebrating Success

The evening concluded with a prize-giving and raffle in Sandburn Hall’s clubhouse, where thanks to the generosity of participants and sponsors, we raised significant funds that will make a real difference to our charity partners.
